Adrian Zwingli is the co-founder of SwissQ and has been with the company since 2006. Before founding SwissQ with Silvio Moser and following his education and work experience as a software engineer and test specialist, he worked as a lead consultant in a large American IT company. Many organisations know Adrian as founder and conference chair of the Swiss Testing Day and the Swiss Requirements Day, the largest IT specialist conferences in Switzerland.

As Chairman, he leads the further development of SwissQ as a whole, speaks at conferences about current topics in software and product development, and once in a while, he holds management mandates in client companies. He obtained his MBA in General Management from the Open University in 2011.
