Ridzwan is a passionate product leader focussed on building kickass product teams. He has spent the past 12 years building complex consumer & commercial enterprise products in the B2B Products and Platforms space, specifically in Logistics and e-Commerce.
Ridzwan is currently leading the logistics product team for Coupang in South Korea, a $10 billion e-commerce giant that’s been dubbed the Amazon of South Korea. Before his move to Seoul, Ridzwan was formerly the head product guy at Ninja Van in Singapore , building products and assembling teams to disrupt last-mile logistics in South East Asia. In his earlier formative years, Ridzwan cut his teeth in Product Management across multiple startup organizations in and around the Fin-tech space which included stints as product and technology head at Wealth-X (Wealth Management) and World-Check (Banking & Compliance).
In his free time, outside of reading for leisure, painting terribly and exploring a new found love for hiking the mountains of South Korea, Ridzwan spends most of his leisure time with his lovely wife and three adorable kids. He strives to be a nurturing product leader and is passionate about empowering and training young product professionals.
