Focuses on how experimentation has been one of humanity’s greatest hacks to fast-track evolution through learning at speed and at scale. He will touch on his experience of shipping internet economy products through experimentation, ranging from his early days talking to individual customers, to what it means to fail fast in front of millions of people.

From the origins of philosophy and our ancient hypothesis about how the world works, we move on to how we’ve made hyper fast progress through the 20th century through falsifiable methods and how the internet economy giants of our age use experimental methods at scale to deliver customer value.

We’ll touch on various examples of how to fail fast at any scale to uncover customer needs, and what the future will bring to product development through experimentation in the age of machine learning.
