If you love it let it go

There is a lot of focus in corporate careers on how ownership of a business, revenue or idea means success. Throughout my career I have discovered the opposite is true; the more I let go the more myself and those around me succeed together. By sharing the experiences I’ve had working with teams inside carsales as well as amazing suppliers like Assembly Payments I want to explore the options people have to co-own things and reach their goals but helping others reach theirs.
