Moving from Programming to Product

Why do engineers move into product management? As an ex-engineer myself, I will walk through some of the driving forces behind my transition from programming to product and as a new PM, what are some common pitfalls to be mindful about. Next, I’ll switch gears to talk through the relationship between engineers and product managers, that is so challenging to fine-tune, yet critical to get right.
