What Being Product-led Looks Like (in the Real World)
It is all well and good to have a high-level “product-led growth strategy”. But what does it mean to connect that high level, aspirational intent to the day-to-day work of product teams? What does being product-led look like in practice? How about team structure? Roadmaps? Goals? Communication? Meetings and other rituals? What about measurement and analytics?
One thing is for certain. A narrow view on “Agile” and/or applying outdated project management models will not cut it. Nor will product management practices focused on delivery and top-down decision making.
In this talk, John Cutler, product evangelist at Amplitude, will describe how high performing teams make it all happen. He’ll leverage what he has learned talking to hundreds of teams from around the world (and his own experiences as a product manager and UX researcher) to unpack being product-led. The goal for the presentation: make “product-led” feel more accessible and real.
