I am keen to share a real life project experience of how we were able to successfully use validated value propositions in health tech to address the needs of target group (baby boomers) and also create a new segment.
The product is a breakthrough form factor which was developed using an “outside-in” approach. I would also share some of the tools and methodologies used in this quasi-agile development process.
