Crystal was a Product Manager for Client Experiences at GOGOVAN, Hong Kong’s first unicorn startup. In her time there, she led one of the largest cross-functional teams to launch a redesign of the core mobile products across APAC and continued to deliver business impact with iterations after launch. Having been a Senior Software Engineer at LinkedIn in Silicon Valley as well, she has a deep love for technology and often makes use of perspectives gained from the different roles and environments in her work.

Beyond her roles, Crystal shaped and open-sourced LinkedIn’s Women in Tech Trainee Program where she was manager to two trainees while overseeing others in the program. She currently serves as Vice-President on the Alumni Advisory Board for Yew Chung/Yew Wah’s global network of international schools.
