Dian is Head of Product Management and PM Ops for GOJEK, the leading on-demand multi-service platform in Indonesia committed to empowering informal sectors and MSMEs through technology. She is responsible for establishing the Product Management function’s center of excellence, scaling global talent, and systematizing product operations and best practices across GOJEK’s offices in Indonesia, India and Singapore. Dian holds a B.S. from Stanford University’s interdisciplinary program Symbolic Systems, specializing in Human Computer Interaction. She spent nearly 15 years in the San Francisco Bay Area honing her craft through consumer startups like Flipboard, as well as mission-driven tech companies Change.org and Off Grid Electric. Born and raised in Jakarta, she returned to Indonesia to continue her pursuit of social impact through technology.
