As a data-driven product designer with the Zendesk Chat team, I work with product managers and engineers to make beautifully simple business software that scales. In my time at Zendesk I’ve worked with the enterprise team, the machine learning team, the growth team, as well as key strategic initiatives.

Prior to Zendesk, I ran an interaction design company called Minitheory. My greatest achievement was firing myself from a number of positions as the team grew – these include lead designer, designer director, project manager and operations manager.

In a past life, I was the sole designer in an early stage tech startup called inDinero. I helped to build business software that simplified complicated workflows such as tax filing and reconciling transactions. I also designed the company’s first mobile app.
