Nikila Srinivasan is Director of Product for Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and Ads Growth at Facebook and is responsible for building advertising products to make small businesses across the world more successful on the platform. She is the lead for the APAC product office. Previously, Nikila advocated for and built a cross-functional team from scratch at Facebook London focused on Emerging Markets businesses. Her passion lies at the intersection of growth, social entrepreneurship, and emerging markets. A computer science graduate, Nikila grew up in south India and is an avid traveler.
