Varun leads two product teams (Storefront & Customer Communications) at Flipkart, India’s largest e-commerce company. Earlier he led Pricing & Promotions product areas at Flipkart.
Prior to Flipkart, he co-founded a SaaS startup, Appiterate (acquired by Flipkart). There he built an enterprise scale marketing automation platform & a cutting edge A/B testing platform for native apps. Appiterate was funded by SAIF Partners and ex-Facebook product/tech leaders. He holds an MBA from IIM-Calcutta and graduated from IIT-BHU, Varanasi.
