Sam is an experienced product management leader with a demonstrated history of scalable product development and global optimization. He has extensive experience in AB testing methodology, with direct lead on more than 350 AB tests. He’s also experienced in payments, the evolving mobile technology and using content to improve products. Sam is passionate about solving customer problems and inspiring collaboration by defining the job to be done, and using storytelling to communicate why the work is important. He’s an enthusiastic public speaker and consistently involved in several Expedia Group wide formal trainings, with audiences ranging from 60-400 around the world. These trainings range from beginner product management at Expedia, to half-day workshops that Sam has built with colleagues to share product best practices, product stories and continued analysis of your product.
